I’m attempting to consolidate some of my weight loss resources onto one page.  Follow the different links below to learn more about how I lost the weight. Where did all the fat go?  By Dr. Huizenga – my review & discussion of his book.  He’s the Doctor for NBC’s The Biggest Loser, and he lays out how contestants actually pull of the weight loss in this book.
