One of my workout motivators is a good podcast! My favorites include the Simply Youth Ministry podcast with Doug Fields, Josh Griffin, Matt McGill & Jana something-or-other, the Skit Guys’ podcast, and Youth Specialties’ podcast. When I first started exercising, I just wanted to listen to music, but after a while I needed to start changing it up and these podcasts have really done the trick. A few weeks ago I stumbled across Jillian Michaels’ podcast (actually, her Sunday morning radio talkshow that they then upload to the internet for people to download) and thoroughly enjoy it! It’s a great balance of fantastic health, diet and nutitional information, as well as entertainment and great listener calls and questions.
