Weight Loss Challenge week seven results!


At last!  I’m probably driving you all crazy – sorry!  It’s been a hectic couple days!  But wow, you guys are amazing!  As a group you’ve lost over 600 pounds … in seven weeks!  That’s AMAZING!  I’m looking forward to the day when we pass the thousand pound mark!  And this week saw a bunch of 1% hall of famers!  Which brings us to …

Our Biggest Loser of the week, with an impressive 1.61% loss, is Susan P!  Following her with a 1.6% loss is Tracey W!  You two were so close I’m tempted to call it a tie!

Our 1% Hall of Fame this week includes Michael C, Amanda K, Linda C, Jodi B, Thomas P, Sandra C, Lisa J, Kelsey C, Jason D, Scott T, Alex J, Leisia J, and Jay P!  What a crew!  You guys are ON FIRE!

  1. The funny thing is that I'm not even the weight loss champ of my own house! My wife continues to drop more weight than I do! Congrats to one and all especially to Susan P and Tracey W.


  2. Wow, 600 pounds! That is amazing. It won't be long before we hit the 1000 pound mark the way we are going. 🙂

    I am so glad to be back on that 1% list this week! Now if I can just stay on it.

    Everybody is doing awesome….I am so proud to be a part of the teal team. 🙂


  3. Congrats Leisha – I knew you could do it.

    We made the 1% list as well. Alex lost 1.5% and I lost 1.25%.

    We just have to keep going!

  5. Did that work for you Kelsey? That is how someone on here told me to figure it. That is one thing I love about this message board, you can always find the answers you are looking for.


  6. Way to go everyone! I have been in hiding this week. Trying to get back on track but feel I am still spinning my wheels. 600 pounds is amazing! We will hit 1000 in now time!


  7. Ugh I wish it was better (food wise) I have lost a pound so far. Will go to the gym for a hard workout tonight and hope for a bit more tomorrow. I need to get my weekends under control.


  8. Weekends are really hard. I have to be really careful because we always seem to be on the go every weekend and choices are slim in fast food restuarants for eating healthy. But somehow I have done good so far.


  9. Has anyone ever heard of this book.. The Instinct Diet?

    A nutritionist I met at a workshop on Friday suggested I take a look at it. Was wondering what folks thought!

    In other news, I overate yesterday. Pot-luck at our house with our new church friends. My goal for this week is just to stay the same, not gain!

  10. Hi Everyone,

    no loss yet for this week and I was right on track with calories and exercise…I am getting so frustrated I want to pull my hair out….. I don't know what to do.

    Is anyone doing the BL 4321 pyramid?
    We are and for the past 3 weeks struggle to get the weight off..

    If anyone is doing it are they eating 1300 or more calories?

    Need help


  11. I have hit a plateau. 😦 I knew it was about that time….ooooh! It is so aggrivating to do everything you are supposed to and not lose anything. This is the first week that I haven't lost any weight. I hope it don't last long. Anyone got any ideas on how to get going again? I am going to try mixing my workout up a little but that is all I know to do. No 1% list this week for me. 😦


  12. Finally back down again. I'm happy. Next week should be a very good week as Ive been pushing myself hard the past two days. We'll see. 63 pounds GONE from last August.
