A while back, before they laid the flooring down in our soon to be new sanctuary (October 25th is coming up fast!), as part of our dedication and preparation activities we had a Sunday where people could write prayers on the floor of the sanctuary.  I snapped pictures of what my sons, Micah, Caleb and Noah, all wrote – it was fun to see them taking it seriously and trying to decide what the most appropriate prayers were to write.

Micah, our seven year old, wrote what you see above.  Caleb, then five years old (now six!) wrote the below photo, ‘God, please take care of the earth.’  And Noah, at three years old, was not to be left out.  His prayer, as you can see, is between him and God!
