So cool! Michelle Aguilar, the season six winner of Biggest Loser, has an ‘I am Second’ video! I am Second is a website with a collection of short videos from different celebrities, reality tv stars, and musicians who love Christ; the point of the title is that Christ is first, they are second. I was excited for Michelle when she won and loved that she chose her church as the location to meet her family when she first went back home.
As great as the Biggest Loser is, it's a very ME, ME mentality. I understand that is a big factor when trying to accomplish such a tremendous goal as losing weight. The Biggest Loser: Where are they now? was a two hour special. They showed approx. 5 minutes for mostly everyone they went back to visit. Most of them didn't even win the grand prize. However, Michelle's segment on this special was less than one minute.
I'm not sure if this is because she chose to talk about her beliefs during her interview or it was some other reason, it was just suspicious.
Also, Michelle will be a speaker at the Women of Faith Conference in August 2010 at the Dallas Convention Center. She's on the tour so she'll be in more cities than just Dallas. Visit the Women of Faith website.
