Healthy Thanksgiving ideas!

Cheryl Forberg, the nutritionist for Biggest Loser and one of my favorite people, has posted a GREAT collection of healthy ideas and menu options for Thanksgiving!  One of our cultural attitudes seems to be that Thanksgiving is a time to binge and make total glutons of ourselves, but it’s possible to celebrate the holiday, be thankful and take care of our bodies!  Click here to check it out!
