Hi everyone, I hope you guys are all doing well. I made a few changes this week and it paid off. My daughter spent a couple of hours one day cooking as if I was cooking for the whole family, so I made alot. We then froze it in portioned out amount, our own frozen dinners, so all I had to do is grabe one and 3 minutes later I was ready to go..It sure made it easy to keep track of food intake. It was'nt that I was eating poorly, it was that it is hard to keep track when your busy..this way I knew what was in meal 1, or 2 or so on..Hope this week can be as good everyone is home for the holidays..Good luck everyone and have a Happy Thanks Giving

That is a great idea Julia. I think I may try doing that. With Thanksgiving leftovers it will be a good time to do that, just divide it out and freeze meals instead of freezing everything together. Wow, thanks for the tip.
