Biggest Loser Boothbay May 21st meeting (audio)

We had a great meeting last night with a couple lucky losers walking away with Biggest Loser workout DVDs!  Diane and Michael were the Biggest Losers of the week (top woman and top man), earning them the prize!  Our weekly winners are based on the highest percentage of weight loss for the week, so it does require that contenders be in attendance two weeks in a row!  Because of my recent injury I joked a little bit about taking my own medicine and finding some creative ways to exercise around my injury.  The best way to do that is to talk to your doctor; mine told me my best bet is swimming and exercise bikes, and then as I get stronger, I can use an eliptical again.  Definitely nothing that puts a lot of weight on my ankle though (now that the swelling is going down, that puppy is a beautiful shade of black and blue).  We also talked about how the weight comes off of women and how to eat out at restaurants, chain restaurants and fast food places without blowing the diet.  Click the audio link to get the full scoop; or to save it to your computer right click the link and select “save target as.”
