Well, I finally took the plunge.  I’ve loved my PSP like you wouldn’t believe … but recently I realized I never actually play games on it – I’m just watching movies, listening to music and surfing the internet with it (mostly facebook!!!).  The iPod touch does those three things better and in a tinier package, so for a while I’ve been thinking maybe I should go for a swap.  I was nervous I would regret it, though, so I kinda held off for a while.

Last week I finally sold all my PSP stuff (cases, games, movies, etc) on Ebay, took the money and bought an 8 gb iPod touch.  Holy cow!  I love it!!!  They really are amazing!  I’m reading books on it (okay, so they’re comic books, but still), watching movies, listening to my music and podcasts, and I’m playing games!  I love the games on it!  It’s great because the prices range from free to about five bucks for most gamees, which is waaaay cheaper than what I paid for stuff on the PSP!  I’ve been playing this game called Peggle like crazy and it only cost me 99 cents!

So, at the end of the day I absolutely LOVE my iPod touch!!!  I’m a little bummed about one thing, though … I’m about to spend the next three weeks on missions trips where I’ve laid down the law that no electronics are allowed!  Argh!  Now I gotta set the example …

I’m going to miss it.
