I love this new video for Youth Specialties‘ annual National Youth Worker Convention!  I’ve gone to five of the conventions over the years and have always found it to be one of my favorite times of the year – Heather always makes it a priority for me to be able to make the trip because of how recharged I always come back!

And for the record, my sons and I have ambushed Pastor Bo in his office with nerf guns.
