For the first time, my weekly confessional/update/accountability report is on time! Here’s how I did last week, ending yesterday. My goal is to eat 2100 calories a day … which kind of got shot this week. I have to admit, it’s kind of embarrassing to post this one – when I was on Biggest Loser, over the course of the eight months I was losing weight I went over my daily calories about four or five times, and then only by a hundred or so calories. Christmas day … I was over by 1400. Cookies and candy add up QUICK. On the positive side, I kept my weight flat – no loss, but no gain either.
So, the end result was a 0% weight loss (glad I didn’t have a negative percentage!), which leaves my total weight loss for this first four weeks 6.53% of my starting weight.
Christmas is over, I’m back on track and hitting the treadmill this week. Looking for a 1%-1.5% loss this week!
