I’ll post some updates in the next couple days about the student ministry retreat, but I did want to post the video used today in the worship services at church!  This Sunday was the short term mission report Sunday; people from all of our different church mission trips shared about their experiences.  We had two teens at each service; Gwen (1st service) and Thomas B (2nd and 3rd services) shared about the Maine mission trip, Alex (1st service) shared about Ukraine, and Nate (2nd and 3rd services) shared about the Chicago trip.  It killed me to have student mission trips shared about while most of the students were away on retreat so I put together the above video which was shown in each of the services as well.  I grabbed quotes from the audio I recorded from the different team reports and used photos from all three mission trips.  Ultimately, to me this video is all about why I think student mission trips are so important!
