This past November I had the privilege of being on the main stage of the DYM100: Roundtables conference during the first session! The video below is a TED Talk style presentation called “Staying Power: Building a Volunteer Team that Lasts” (big thank you to DYM for giving me the footage!). The presentation was based on my dissertation research; the format was a fun one. DYM calls it a 12/12/12. It’s a twelve minute talk, followed by twelve minutes of table discussion, and then finishes up with twelve minutes of Q&A from the tables to the speaker.
