Time for the Student Quest Sunday recap for July 26th, 2026! We played Over Under Summer Break, a fun summer themed game I created. Our teaching time was in the fourth week of our HABITS series, taught by one of our students, Josh Fung. I was away the previous week and didn’t post an update, so I’ve included the video from the third week of HABITS as well, taught by another student, Ella Johnson.
We had a few announcements/reminders:
- Download our app! It has our event calendar, updates, photos, social links, podcast feed, video feed, and more! Find it on the Apple app store and Google Play store!
- Construction is continuing. Students can get to the Sunday student hour and other student events through the main entrance. Just follow the signs!
This week we were in the fourth week of HABITS, a series on spiritual disciplines. Josh Fung taught a combined group while some renovations happen to the Loft this week. This week’s letter was I for Involvement in Church. The big idea was Church involvement means working together to put others first. Here is a follow up question you can ask your student(s):
- What are some ways you can be more involved in our church community?
Last week, Ella Johnson taught the third week of HABITS; the letter was B for Bible Study. The big idea was building the habit of Bible study teaches you more about God and His ways, helping you run the race of being a Jesus follower.
