Week Nine weight loss challenge results!

Wow, nine weeks?  Where has the time gone?  You guys are in this thing for the long haul!  When you can start measuring your efforts in months, than you know you’ve started making some life change, not just subscribed to a gimmick!  Keep it up!

I’m pretty sure in all my weight loss challenges that this is the first time this has happened … we have a dead on tie for Biggest Loser of the Week!  Both Jodi B and Sean W lost an impressive 1.98% this week!  Awesome! 

Our 1% Hall of Fame this week includes Leisia J, Sandra C, Susan P, Rodney W, Jana S, Tracey W and Tina B!  You guys are AMAZING!  Managing to drop 1% or more in a week two months into this thing is IMPRESSIVE!

  1. Oh I won't give up. I'm starting the zone diet tomorrow. Already have two days worth of food planned out. It's a TON of eating amazingly! Can't wait to see my weight in one or two weeks after this.

  2. Wow, that is great Lisa! I think I would probably die if I done all that for 60 minutes. I haven't worked up to that much yet. I guess I am moving slower than most on the intensity of my workouts. It sounds like you and Alex are doing awesome. This is also the longest that I have ever kept a food journal. It is amazing how much difference it makes just writing down what you eat….I never would have believed it before.

    Well, I weighed in this morning and I lost 2 pounds this week. I am very happy with that. I hope everyone else does good too. 🙂

  3. Way to go everybody, Rebecca everything will work out fine. Lisa J you are moving on that treadmill. Amanda you are moving forward-you are a biggest loser in my book. Congrats Leisia on the loss. Keep moving forward everybody on to week 11.

  4. Lisa that is fantastic.. I am exhausted ready that. Leisia congrats on losing 2 this week. I forgot to WI this morning which I think I am down but overall I am still up. The new class is kicking my butt. Tonight is cardio so if you don't hear from me again it's because I died.. LOL

    Rebecca maybe you can do other things that won't impact the ankle. Like upper body work.

  5. Yeah I am thinking we need to hear from Matt again so we won't be worried about him for another week. Hey Matt….We are mostly women here— that is what we do, we worry so save us some sanity and let us know you are still okay. If I could make a living on worrying I would be a rich woman already. Do men worry? I think women may have got the short end of the stick. 🙂 🙂 🙂
