  1. I'm here. I lost 3 pounds this week. I'm sad it's almost over, but I'm glad we may be starting a summer challenge! How did everyone else do this week?

  2. Amanda, I think everybody has left us. 😦

Does anybody else on here use spark.com for weight loss support? I love the recipes that I have found on there. It is kinda like it's own little community…really neat. I just get a little overwhelmed trying to keep up with more than one site on a regular basis. I don't want to spend all my time sitting at the computer when I could be up moving around but I really like and need all the support too.

Does anyone have the recipe for substituting cauliflour for potatoes in mashed potatoes? I really would like to try that if anyone would share it.

  3. Leisia, I wish….someone was supposed to tell me…but they didn't now i forget who….hmmm try googling it! I think it is a south beach diet thing! (cauliflower potatos)

I tried to comment on you rblog and I couldn't! I am excited for your pending adoption. I sure hope it works out!

I used to do sparkpeople. It was great for getting me started in tracking my food…but it became jsut abother site to frequent. With keeping up with my own blog, blogs of others I already know, and then focusing on my journey itself…I dropped sparkpeople…

  4. Kim, if you find that recipe I would really like to have it.

Thanks, we get to spend the whole day with her tomorrow. We are all excited about it. 🙂
