Time for the Student Quest Sunday recap for January 11th, 2026! We kicked off the hour with an elimination game I made, Timeline Trouble. We gave away some Renew Student Conference t-shirts to the winners.
We concluded series, Keep it Simple. Mandi Scalia taught high school, Ella Johnson taught middle school. We have a tendency to make things a little more complicated than they need to be. In this series, we want to encourage students to keep it simple by focusing on the main things God wants us most focused on. The big idea this week was that Love is an Action.
Here are some follow up questions you can ask your student(s):
- When have you experienced someone showing love through action rather than words? How can you turn your love for someone from just words into real actions this week?
